Record Hop bookings are taken 7 days a week with mid week rates up to half the price of weekend rates. We try to work within your budgets and always tailor a package to suit your requirements. Please ask if you want something a little different of a combination of different packages. |
We don't just specialise in Vintage Rhythms, we specialise in all things vintage and we are more than happy to help you set the scene for your event and make it something that all your guests will remember. Give us a call and we can chat through your ideas and options and help out as much as possible. From poster and flyers, invitations and decorations all with that retro/vintage touch.

Additional Costs
We are more than happy to get the party going as long as you want. If you would like to extend the evening please add the hourly rate for the additional time. If you want to add something really special to the event we have a full movie screen background with vintage dance clips and vintage cartoons to play as a backdrop for your guests.

We work with a lot of landlord/owners and understand the need to offer your customers something extra to get them out mid week and get the bar filled. That is why we offer an exclusive midweek special at less than half price.

General Travel Costs
Because we offer a unique specialist service that no other Mobile Entertainment Company offers we travel further than most to get to you.
We charge a nominal mileage fee to cover our travelling costs. The first 20 miles are included in the cost but any additional mileage is charged at 50 pence per mile to cover our direct travel costs and to ensure that distance is never a problem.
Roadshow Travel Costs (1949 Chevrolet Pick Up)
We charge a straight forward mileage fee of £1.00 per mile for a round trip from CM23 area to cover our direct travel costs and to ensure that distance is never a problem. A vintage V8 is not cheap to run or maintain so we simple ask for the fair nominal charge to cover these additional costs. We are always happy to provide a full and final quote in advance.
We are more than happy to cover events far and wide with our exclusive roadshow package but we are no trailer queens and YES we drive the Chevy door to door to attend your special day!
